Today computers have become an integral part of modern culture, and information technology is a powerful driving force of economic growth worldwide. Moreover, this trend continues to grow rapidly, thus increasing demand for new information systems and technologies of high quality. Along with this increasing level of responsibility of the developers of information systems and software, which requires training of qualified specialists.
Computer MNTU park has more than 100 modern PCs, which merged into the local network. Network management is performed by three powerful servers. I have installed a modern licensed software. At workshops and hours of independent work, students have the opportunity to work with Internet information resources and e-student library.
Our training programs are developed with the advice of leading international organizations of ANSI / IEEE, and educational base not yield based leading national universities. Evidence of high quality training is the highest level of accreditation MNTU.
Educational programs are intended direction for training educational qualification of Bachelor:
- Computer Science;
- software engineering.
Educational and vocational training program meets the requirements of Bachelor of Education and Science of Ukraine and provides the following training courses:
- humanitarian, socio-economic and natural-scientific training that provides general educational level;
- professional and practical training, together with previous cycles provide complete education and qualification levels.
In the professional and practical training, students learn discipline, aimed at using knowledge in different areas of information technology, including:
- design and implementation of complex distributed software systems;
- information security in information systems and creation of integrated security systems;
- integration of information systems (including hardware, software, information management, telecommunications);
- Knowledge Engineering and Artificial intelligence, decision support systems;
- computerized design of integrated systems of production processes.
Educational and vocational training program for masters meets modern requirements of system engineering (design and development systems) and software engineering, aims to in-depth study of the problems of building modern information systems, intelligent distributed systems, and ensure their quality and reliability.
If you wish, students can receive military training and get rank "reserve officer".
The list of items which are given certificates of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment in 2009 for entry at the direction of training:
- Ukrainian language and literature;
- Mathematics - profile;
- physics or geography, or history of Ukraine, or foreign language (chosen by an applicant on these subjects).
Alumni MNTU the direction of "Computer science" and "Software Engineering" get a state standard diploma, and receive professional training that meets current professional standards.
Period of training in MNTU: 4 years with qualification "Bachelor" (full-time education) and 1.5 years - "Master".
